Sanger Sequencing

Sequence Analysis:

Gene sequence analysis can find out any difference in the structure of the DNA chain, and the most widely used technology for sequence analysis is Sanger sequencing. Even the novel whole genome sequencing still needs to be confirmed by Sanger technique. Beckman Coulter Genetic Analysis instrument is one of the most trusted systems for even harder genomic regions that can perform 8 reactions in 90-120 minutes and can operate in automatic load of 2 x 96 to complete in a single day.
Since the system is open platform, the results are in the form of raw data and have to be analyzed by a skilled worker in genomic analysis.
